This Software is licensed, not sold, to you by Studiotron, Inc. for use only under the terms of this License. Studiotron, Inc. retains ownership of the Software itself and reserves any rights not expressly granted to you. This Software including all screens and displays is Copyright 1998-2003 by Studiotron, Inc.

LICENSE AGREEMENT

1. License.

This license allows you to: (a) Use one copy of the Software on a single computer at a time for each licensed copy registered to you. (b) Make copies of the Software in machine readable form solely for backup purposes. (c) Use an unregistered demo copy during a single trial period of up to 30 days.

2. Restrictions.

You may not reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works based upon the Software or any part thereof.

3. Termination.

This License is effective until terminated. You may terminate this License at any time by destroying the Software and related documentation and all copies thereof in your possession. This License will terminate immediately without notice from Studiotron, Inc. if you fail to comply with any provision of this License. Upon termination you must destroy the Software and related documentation and all copies thereof in your possession.

4. Release of Liability.

While reasonable effort has been made to ensure this Software operates substantially as described, Studiotron, Inc. cannot guarantee proper operation in every possible configuration. For this reason, the Software is provided "AS IS". You assume full responsibility for evaluating the Software and determining its appropriateness for any use. In no event will Studiotron, Inc. be liable to you for any damages arising out of the use of this software.

5. Service Usage.

As a registered Surftron "Site Sharing" User, you will have write access to the Surftron "Smart Marks" database located on the Studiotron, Inc. servers. HOWEVER, SUCH ACCESS IS SUBJECT TO STUDIOTRON, INC.'S "APPROPRIATE USE" POLICY. IF AT ANY TIME, IN STUDIOTRON, INC.'S SOLE DISCRETION, YOUR USE IS DETERMINED TO BE DEEMED INAPPROPRIATE OR DISRUPTIVE, THEN STUDIOTRON, INC. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE OR SUSPEND YOUR SURFTRON SITE SHARING ACCESS WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE (PROVIDED THAT STUDIOTRON, INC. WILL ATTEMPT TO CONFIRM SUCH TERMINATION OR SUSPENSION BY SUBSEQUENT NOTICE). IN SUCH EVENT, A STUDIOTRON, INC. REPRESENTATIVE WILL ATTEMPT TO CONTACT YOU IN AN EFFORT TO NEGOTIATE AND ESTABLISH A REASONABLE USAGE THAT WILL PERMIT YOU TO CONTINUE YOUR USE OF SURFTRON SITE SHARING. Studiotron, Inc. also reserves the right to modify or delete any entries in the Surftron Site Sharing database which, at the sole discretion of Studiotron, Inc., is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
